Neat&Tangled: More Love You Cards [Video]

Hello-hello Dear Friends,

I am over Neat&Tangled log and I have a few cards for you today. I have seen many cards already with Mail background stamp, but I couldn't resist. I also wanted to play with Love You dies to create some dipped effect. Let's have a look at those.

I've also filmed a process video - hope you'll find it interesting.

Here are more close-up photos of all three cards.

For this card, I stamped Mail Background stamp in Versamark Ink and heat embossed it in white on craft cardstock. I used Love You die for the Sentiment. I particially heat emossed the letters in gold for the dipped in gold effect.  For a finishing touch, I added a strip from gold glitter paper on the side of the panel.

For the second card, I took an Audrey lue cardstock from Simon Says Stamp and gold emossing powder. 

 To add some interest, I also die-cut a igger heart from Love Mail die set, and foam mounted it slightly off-setting. 

For the last card, I stamped the Mail ackground in lack over white cardstock and die cut the Love You sentiment directly from it. I lended Distress ink in Spun Sugar and Picked Rasperry to mimic as if it was dipped in color. Then, I in-laid all the pieces ack into the ackground, using foam squares for the sentiment. Love the achieved look.  

For all of the cards, I used Skinny Stripes dies and Typed Sentiments. Those are the must. Perfect as well as a central sentiment and as a finishing touch.

Neat&Tangled February 2019 Release Day 4

Hello-hello,

Today at Neat&Tangled we are all playing with new stamp and die set from Elena Roussakis. Here is Slow and Steady stamp set.

I coloured the images with my son's pencils. I really like how creamy they are. We color all the time, so they were on hand (lol). I foam mounted it on a greyish panel. I also used a strip from watercolor panel on the left, that I made just playing with distress inks. I think it adds a little something to the card.

For the background, I took confetti stamps from Piece of Cake stamp set from January Release and heat embossed them in white. It united all the different elements together and made the card look finished.

Neat&Tangled February Release Day 3

Hello dears! 

We are at the middle of Neat&Tangled Release week. Today, we have some amazing product - those are the must! Welcome Typed Sentiments stamp set and Skinny Strips die set. 

Seriously Amazing! The stamp set is packed with awesome sentiments for all important people in our life. I think it is a perfect font for both main or sub sentiments. And it is perfect for so many different style and of course for clean and simple. Love it. 

I also couldn't be more happier about the Skinny Strips die set. Classic Tag 2 die set was one of mine most used especially because of the banner shaped dies. I think this one will also be on hand. 

     

I've made lots of sentiments strips, organized them  on a card base, used some patterned paper and then adhered them with foam squares. I like that this card tell so many good thing to a one person - recipient. I will write inside something like - That is all about YOU.

Neat&Tangled February Release Day 2

Hello-hello!

And welcome to the second day of Neat&Tangled release week.

I still can't believe, I have got my DT package on time to join the release in full. YAY! If you don't know, I have got my previous package already during release, while the previous one I've missed at all :(

But, whew. It is here. I am with you for the second day of the release week. Of course, there are some super adorable stamps from Elena Roussakis. I am sure, you've been waiting for those, right?

Just look at this bunny. Love! For my card, I made him my focal point. But, there are also other cute creatures - so much more ideas to try.

For my background, I applied a little of texture paste mixed with Picked Raspberry and Abandoned Coral Distress inks. I also added a few sequins.

Neat&Tangled February 2019 Release

Hello, my dear Neat&Tangled fans!

So happy you stopped by my blog today, as we start the release week again. February is here, so are the new awesome designs from Neat&Tangled. And it is full of love and cuteness. Trust me, there are some things that you just definitely need. One of those we reveal today.

That is the Mail Background. It is the first rubber background we have, and it is awesome. I have so many simple yet stylish idea to make with it. Today, I will show you two card using it. But for sure, there will be more.

We also reveal a set of dies that include stitched heart shapes and that little envelope! It is so cute and lovely. And you may stuck something inside, like i've done on both of my cards.

 For some added interest, I also adhered three little fussy cut envelopes with a  foam tape.

A little bit of sparkle with gold glitter paper makes them more festive. :) A quick tip: I didn't have a red paper on hand, so I'd just ink blended Picked Raspberry and Abandoned Coral Distress Inks (with a heavy hand, lol).
